SakuraX is correct. I investigated the means to the picture and it is in-fact Kakashi holding the Kunai up to the throat of Iruka-sensei.
Looks like a screen capture to me. Doesn't quite look like a vector.
The picture just isn't dark enough. Doesn't suit Itachi's Persona at all.
It should say: Uchiha Itachi. Not Uchiha Q Itachi

I have To agree with Asakura. The Mangekyo Sharingan is a bit blurry, and really could do well without the text.
It's about time someone made a wallpaper for this special moment in Kakashi's life.
Not bad, but Itachi and Kisame are soo out of focused that this picture doesn't do well as an XP Wallpaper. You might want to put them in focus.
